3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate and lawful data;
• Use the platform ethically and for legitimate business purposes;
• Not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or resell VOOM Digital’s technology without authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks under the VOOM Digital brand are the exclusive property of VOOM Digital. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

VOOM Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• System downtime;
• Third-party integrations;
• Misuse of the WhatsApp Business API or data by the client.

6. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, non-payment, or non-compliance with our terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:

• Morocco for Moroccan clients;
• United Arab Emirates for international or regional clients.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Casablanca or Dubai.
